What to Expect
Step 1 – Physician Consultation
Every patient begins with a brief consultation with one of our physicians to review symptoms and determine if Emsella is appropriate.
Your physician may also recommend:
• pelvic floor physical therapy
• hormone optimization through MEND Health
• additional pelvic health strategies
Step 2 – Treatment Series
Most patients complete a series of 6–9 treatments, each lasting about 30 minutes.
Patients remain fully clothed during treatment.
Many patients begin to notice improvements within a few weeks.
Step 3 – Maintenance
Pelvic floor strength improves with periodic maintenance treatments.
Many patients benefit from maintenance sessions every 3–6 months.
Maintenance sessions can be scheduled online.

Due to the nature of medical services and the scheduling of clinical resources, all EMSELLA treatment packages are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
No Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available for unused sessions within a purchased package. If you are unable to complete your treatment protocol, remaining sessions may not be credited, transferred, or refunded.
Medical Contraindications
In the rare event that a medical contraindication is identified after payment that prevents you from receiving treatment, your case will be reviewed individually by our clinical team. Any consideration of credit toward alternative services is at the sole discretion of Ashewell Medical Group.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice forfeit that session.
